Today things are so fast paced you can't even think straight.
I've been looking more at therapy as a way to take the tangled string and work it all out; make sense of what is going on in your head. Only your head, you can't control other people. Who makes up these rules about life, that you have to do this and that. Why? Ask yourself, does this make me happy? Is this making me a better person? Am I getting anything out of this life? If this is where you are confused, then it's time to take a look inside.
What am I grateful for?
What is my purpose?
What are some smaller goals I can work towards?
What is something I want to try that I never have before?
Let's break some rules, how can I step outside of my comfort zone and test my limits.
Now...let's see what happens?
