I do not take insurance. Because my coaching is practical and non-clinical, these sessions cannot be billed to insurance, and I do not provide superbills. All payments are processed upfront using a secure text link (Ivy Pay).
First Session:

Follow-Up Sessions:

Quick phone calls to break through task freezes, organize your current projects, and keep your momentum going.
Daily Support:
24/7 App Accountability | $100/Week or $350/Month
Text or voice message me on the Signal app whenever you feel stuck. I check in 1–2 times a day to keep you moving between our regular calls.
Simple Rules & Policies

Phone Calls Only: All sessions are regular phone calls. This stops screen fatigue and let's you focus. (If you want to do video for just our very first session to put a face to a name, just ask!)

App Communication Limits: To ensure we focus strictly on actionable strategy, all Signal app updates must be concise. Voice messages must be under 2 minutes, and text updates should be grouped into a single, combined message rather than multiple consecutive texts.

Paid Upfront: Your spot is officially locked in once your upfront Ivy Pay text link is processed. Unpaid slots are released after 24 hours. App support begins after payment clears.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to change or cancel a call, you must text or email me at least 24 hours before the session. If you miss a call or cancel late, the fee is non-refundable.
